Now that the public consultation period has closed, we intend on submitting a planning application to Oxfordshire County Council later this year, following which the Council will run its own statutory consultation. This will provide you with another opportunity to give your views.

We also have an active quarry liaison group that meets every six months and includes representation from the parish councils, Oxfordshire County Council and Tarmac. We will continue to work closely with local residents and interested stakeholders throughout the planning application process and beyond – including via our well-established liaison group.
